A mobile bar service provides professional bartending, drink preparation, and event bar setup for parties, weddings, corporate events, and other gatherings. Our team brings the bar to your location, fully equipped with all the necessary supplies and staff.

Do you provide alcohol or do we need to supply it?

We offer both options! Depending on local regulations and your preferences, we can either provide the alcohol for you or you can supply it. If we provide the alcohol, we will work with you to curate a drink menu that fits your event.

We cater to a wide range of events including festivals, large-scale events, weddings, birthdays, corporate parties, private parties, and more. If you have a special event in mind, feel free to contact us to discuss your specific needs!

Can you accommodate special drink requests?

Absolutely! We can create custom cocktails, mocktails, and offer a variety of drink options to meet the tastes of your guests. Just let us know your preferences in advance.

Do you provide bartenders and staff?

Yes, we have over 30 members of highly trained staff available and at short notice. Our mobile bar service includes experienced bartenders and support staff to ensure everything runs smoothly. We can provide as many bartenders and servers as needed based on the size of your event.

How far in advance should I book your services?

​To ensure availability, we recommend booking our mobile bar service at your earliest convenience. However, we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings.

How much space do you need for the mobile bar setup?

Our mobile bars are designed to fit into a variety of spaces however we’ll assess your venue and make recommendations based on your event size.

Is there a minimum or maximum guest count for your services?

We can cater to events of all sizes! Whether you're hosting an intimate gathering or a large celebration, we can accommodate your guest count. Please let us know your expected guest list so we can customise our service to your needs.

What is included in your pricing?

Our pricing generally includes the bar setup, bartenders, ice, glassware/plasticware (reusable), necessary equipment, and the selected drink packages. Additional charges may apply for premium products, travel, or specific event requirements. Please contact us for your free consultation and customised quote.

Are there any extra fees?

Additional fees may apply for things like travel expenses (if your event is outside our service area), special liquor requests, or specific setup needs. We will provide a full breakdown of costs upfront to avoid any surprises.

Yes, we offer a wide selection of non-alcoholic beverages, including mocktails, juices, soda, and water stations, ensuring all guests have options to enjoy.

All of our bartenders are fully trained and comply with local laws and regulations. They have experience in both large and small events and will ensure that your event goes smoothly.

Can you handle outdoor events?

Yes! We are equipped to handle outdoor events, but we will need to ensure there is adequate shelter or cover in case of inclement weather. Please let us know your event location, and we will make recommendations accordingly.

We will work with you to create a customized drink menu that fits the theme of your event and your guests’ preferences. Whether you want classic cocktails, signature drinks, or themed beverages, we’ve got you covered.

Do you offer event planning services?

While our primary focus is bartending and beverage services, we can recommend trusted event planners, vendors, and suppliers if needed. We can also assist with logistical advice for the beverage portion of your event.

What are your payment terms?

We require a £199 deposit to secure your booking. We accept various forms of payment, including credit and debit cards along with bank transfers. If the minimum bar spend is achieved, we will refund you.

What happens if something goes wrong during the event?

Our team is trained to handle any issues that may arise. If any problems occur during the event, our staff will address them quickly and professionally to ensure minimal disruption to your celebration.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy depends on the timing of your cancellation, and we’ll work with you to find the best solution if you need to reschedule or cancel your event.
